The ideal candidate brings experience in the Intelligence Community as well as an understanding of the principles, concepts, methodologies, frameworks, and tools necessary for analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed custom and/or commercial off-the-shelf software applications as well as related development, integration, test, and configuration management life cycle procedures as well as process maturity models.
The incumbent will have experience with large-scale information systems that process and manage technical assets, data, information and knowledge highly desired. A complete understanding of the principles, theories and concepts of high quality object oriented applications design and development is a must. Each candidate must be capable of leading software teams, serving as a key member of the project leadership team, developing innovative and thorough solutions, and motivating team members through demonstrated performance.
