OGSystems seeks to hire senior systems architects focused on delivering analysis, design, development, and integration of complex information/data architectures and systems. The ideal candidate brings experience in the Intelligence Community as well as an understanding of the principles, concepts, methodologies, frameworks, and tools for analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems (presentation, applications, information technology, data, network) as well as related procedures and process maturity/lifecycle models.
- Performs system, subsystem, and component-level inter-relationship assessments, problems/risk analyses, and defining and recommending solution approaches with focus on enterprise (DoDAF, DoDIIS, GIG, FEA) and service-oriented architecture frameworks.
- Prepares specifications and engineering diagrams, concepts of operations documentation, as well as evaluates candidate technologies and processes for cost/benefit trades (for evaluating potential solutions in context with needs, performance criteria, and return on investment).
- Possess a working knowledge and has gained practical experience with full systems engineering life-cycle (e.g., needs assessment, operations concept, functional requirements, system architecture, allocated requirements, detailed design, implementation, test and verification, as well as systems and software maintenance phases).
