OGSystems (OGS) employs "energetic and can do attitude" people in the Washington Metro area in support of the DoD and IC. We have 18 contracts within the Department of Defense,
the Intelligence Community, and the Federal Government. Our key cleared customers include NGA, ODNI, DIA, NRO, NSA, and Army INSCOM. We help our customers
improve operations and create new capabilities in the areas of sensor phenomenology, ISR research and development, program management, portfolio analysis,
systems integration and engineering, application development, TCPED workflow, and tradecraft training.
We owe our success to several key factors that include:
- Outstanding customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- We react quickly and decisively to the needs of our customers. We take pride in meeting our staffing and deliverable commitments.
Our business is to find the way to "Yes we can."
- Outstanding People
- Our recruiting team is able to identify the most talented candidates, and we offer above-average compensation and an inclusive
team approach that attracts and retains the best people. We provide a corporate culture centered on professionalism, integrity, respect,
leadership, experience, teamwork and excellence.
- Long-term business relationships with well-established partners
- We are flexible. We listen. Our customers admire our performance. We have a reputation for innovative results.
- Management
- We implement careful business planning and management to provide outstanding value to our customers by
delivering technical experience at a very attractive cost.
Our personnel are entrusted with vital new missions due to our advanced remote sensing technological expertise. For example, our experts in Light Detection
and Ranging (LiDAR) deployed and worked in an austere environment to support a search and rescue mission for a downed aircraft and crew in Guyana, South America.
OGS’ efforts to take exceptional care of our customers and support the mission is evident in our subject matter expertise, versatility, dedication, and technical savvy.
OGS provides employees the opportunity to get involved with the development of the vision, culture, growth, and business positioning of our organization.
We offer an inclusive workplace that leverages diverse talents, rewards outstanding performance, continually challenges each employee, and provides opportunities
for individual growth and achievement. This has allowed us to not only attract the most driven and innovative talent, but also to retain these individuals and build
upon it through extensive employee referrals.
OGS cultivates an open culture that encourages risk taking, participation in the business, and ideas from any altitude in the organization. One of the company’s
taglines: “Own the Outcome,” was coined by one of our program managers and reflects a shared attitude towards customer success. Regular roundtable sessions are an
important and instrumental medium for employees to voice opinions ranging from company strategy to benefits. The results of these forums are used to identify continuous
improvement opportunities for OGS - ensuring that we remain an unparalleled workplace for an IC career.
OGS is deeply committed to making the communities in which we live and work better places. For us, this means that in addition to company donations, we support
employees who volunteer their time and talents. We provide opportunities for OGS employees and their families to volunteer together in activities that reflect our
core values. We have volunteered at Walter Reed, participated in the Fairfax County Our Daily Bread program, and sponsored MS Challenge Walk teams. Employees select
which charitable projects OGS will support and they propose, manage and lead the projects based on their availability and interest.
