Description:

OGSystems is looking for a qualified candidate who can provide technical assistance to the National MASINT Management Office (NMMO), Enterprise Management Division to plan, define, document, and maintain an enterprise-level MASINT architecture, encompassing all DoD and National MASINT activities, operating as a collaborative, dynamic, network-centric system-of-systems. MEA data will be managed in an IC recognized enterprise architecture model, stored in an IC recognized architecture toolset, and compliant with IC Directive 501, Discovery and Dissemination or Retrieval of Information within the Intelligence Community.

Program Tasks: The government intends to develop the MEA in a multi-year phased approach that will build upon successive architecture segments. The underlying goal for developing and creating the MEA is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the MASINT stakeholder community that is collaborative, business-driven, and results oriented. The candidate will be expected to refine and develop the formation of a collaborative IC architecture structure specific to the MASINT Directed Energy Weapon (DEW), Ballistic Missile Technical Collection (BMTC), and MASINT Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) mission areas, with integration of this structure into the overall MASINT Enterprise Architecture.

Required Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field.
• 1-5 years of experience in MASINT
• 5+ years experience in the Intelligence Community working in collections as an analyst or engineer
• Current TS/SCI required

Desired Experience:
• Experience with DIA operations
