SECAF small business of the year finalist

The Small and Emerging Contractor Forum (SECAF) narrowed down a large field of applicants (who were nominated by member companies for their outstanding values, growth, and potential) to five finalists for their small business of the year. OGSystems (OGS) was fortunate enough to be selected as one of the finalists, and SECAF noted that OGS was a destination firm where 80% of hires are internal referrals and the company had a 3% turnover rate for the most recent 12 month period. SECAF mentioned the more than dozen large business subcontracts that OGS possessed as mark of respect in the classified contracting community as well as a strong base of partnerships for future growth. And lastly, SECAF noted the OGS commitment to making the communities in which we live and work better places through company donations and by providing employees means to volunteer their time and talents to worthy causes.
