OGSystems Acquires Database Intelligence Group (DBIG)

OGS announced today that the purchase of DBIG's federal IT consultancy practice was completed, enabling OGS to add key database management and analytical capabilities to our core services offerings in system development and integration. This purchase will further strengthen our ability to conduct large system deployments and provide access to a wealth of personnel resources in high-end computing and database design. DBIG is a professional IT consultancy managed by well-known industry leaders in knowledge management, database administration (primarily Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server), data warehousing and e-Business intelligence and infrastructure. Key business practice areas include full lifecycle IT consulting, strategic planning, on-call database administration support, and rescue management.
