With over twenty-five years of experience in the improvement, design and integration of business processes and information systems across functional, technological, and organizational boundaries, Lorinda is a leader for OGS Geospatial Intelligence systems engineering and integration activities. Key areas of her expertise include: Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I); Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Methods and Techniques; Program Management; Strategic Planning; and Data Engineering. As the Program Manager for Geospatial SE&I, Lorinda’s primary responsibility is for the quality execution and delivery of services for the Systems Engineering and Integration for the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (SEIN) prime contract.
Prior to joining OGSystems, Lorinda was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where she recently served as the Deputy Program Manager for the InnoVision Research & Development Subject Matter Expert (IR&D SME) and InnoVision Future Solutions Programs (IFSP) prime contracts where she led the business operations and contract financials for a multi-contractor team of 220. Lorinda also served in key leadership roles on the NSG SI and GeoScout contracts and was instrumental in numerous business development activities including co-leading the Booz Allen capture and proposal effort for SEIN.
Lorinda joins OGSystems as the Deputy Program Manager for the Mission Services Integrator (MSI) on SEIN where she will help the Agency adopt a new approach to systems engineering that supports their vision to fundamentally change the GEOINT user experience by providing on-line access to GEOINT, proliferation of applications, and new and advanced analytic tradecraft.
Lorinda received her B.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
