The practice to visualize the future state of GEOINT
Chantilly, Va. - June 17, 2016 - OGSystems (OGS) debuted its Immersive Engineering practice with a mind mapping data collection exercise focused on the "Future State of GEOINT” at the 2016 GEOINT Symposium in Orlando,Florida.
Immersive Engineering is OGSystems' problem to solutions approach integrating the commercial best-practice techniques and expertise of Lean Startup, Visioneering, Scaled Agile Framework enterprise (SAFe), and Human-Centered Design. The Immersive Engineering engagement experience transforms ambiguous mission challenges into mission relevant, business value-driven destinations.

Employing Immersive Engineering, our Visioneering team conducted a Discover activity that engaged GEOINT Symposium 2016 attendees and captured their perspective on the future state of GEOINT. Participants from the Federal Government, academia, technology vendors, and defense contractors consistently provided their perspectives throughout the 3-day event. OGSystems captured that data into a mind map and visual rendering. The findings from the Discover activity will be used as a part of an Internal Research and Development project to further inform OGSystems investment in advancing the state of GEOINT to include OGSystems own Analytics-as-a-Service offering.
